Service Description

You must book onto this class via The Space before attending https://www.thespace-bath.com/ Our signature Yoga class, blending Asana, Pranayama and Meditation techniques. Our teachers pull from many different lineages (including but not limited to) Katonah Yoga®, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ghosh and Awakening; we share our individual perspective from our personal practice. We recognise that biology isn’t binary and every class may offer a totally different experience. This class is for all-levels. Please note registration closes 30 mins prior to the class start time.
