You must book onto this class via The Space before attending https://www.thespace-bath.com/ This class is perfect for beginners, or anyone wanting to explore a slower-paced class. You’ll build a little more heat than our Restorative classes but way less than an OG Space Class. The more props used the better! You’ll learn tools and techniques to give your nervous system a big hug. Please note registration closes 30 mins prior to the class start time.
